On these pages you can find information about the various practices I study. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Design-based practices<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two core practices of design that contribute to social innovation are <a href=\"http:\/\/miekevanderbijl.com\/index.php\/problem-framing\/\">problem framing<\/a> and human-centred design, in particular with deep insights using the &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/miekevanderbijl.com\/index.php\/introduction\/the-nadi-model\/\">NADI-model<\/a>&#8216; that I developed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transdisciplinary practices<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To work on complex challenges we need to work in transdisciplinary ways. On this page, you will find more information about <a href=\"http:\/\/miekevanderbijl.com\/index.php\/transdisciplinary-innovation\/\">transdisciplinary research and innovation<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Systemic design practices<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A new field of practice is where the worlds of systems thinking and design come together, also referred to as <a href=\"http:\/\/miekevanderbijl.com\/index.php\/systemic-design\/\">systemic design<\/a>.
